How do I change my details?

You must tell us straight away about any changes that may affect your policy. Please give us a call on 0330 022 0200 or speak to one of our agents via Live Chat on Your Portal.

Please note: this may result in an increase or decrease in premium.The following fees will apply for policy changes:

• £90 if you change your car
• £25 if you change your address, or add/remove a driver to/from your policy

If you make more than one change at the same time you will only have to pay one fee – whichever is the highest.

These fees will be subject to Insurance Premium Tax.

What should I do if I have changed my bank details?

Please call Customer Service on 0330 022 0200 and we make those changes to your agreement. You can also register with mypremiumcredit.co.uk which will allow you to view and make amendments to your agreement and make payments.

What should I do if I need to change the account that my direct debits are taken from?
