What is my Portal?

Your Portal is your personal online space. It is where we show you the information gathered by the in-tele-box, including your drive like a girl score. It’s also where you can access your policy documents and any saved quotes.

I bought my policy over the phone, how do I access my Portal?

If you bought your policy over the phone you will need to create a new password to be able to log in. Just go to Your Portal and click ‘Forgotten Your Password?’, fill in your details then enter a new password. You will then be able to log in to Your Portal using your email address and the new password you have created.

How do I use my Portal?

First you need to log in at www.drivelikeagirl.com/customer-portal/ using the email address and password you provided when you originally bought the policy. On the homepage you will be able to find all your driving information including your drive like a girl score and the level of discount you are working at. You should be able to see your score from about a month after the in-tele-box is fitted. If you click on each month you can also see a breakdown of all your individual journeys with a rating according to whether you ‘drive like a girl’ or not. The Your Insurance page is where you can find all your policy information including your policy documents which are available to view and print. This is also where you can change your email address and password. If you would like to change any of your other details please call us on 0330 022 0200.

How do I enable cookies?

This depends on which browser you are using. Internet Explorer: Click Tools, Internet options, Privacy, move the slider from Block All Cookies to your preferred security setting. Google Chrome: Settings, Show advanced settings, Content settings, Select Allow local data to be set (recommended) or Allow local data to be set for the current session only. Firefox: Right-click within the page, View Page Info, Permissions, Set Cookies, select Use Default or deselect Use Default and select Allow for Session. Safari: Safari, Preferences, Privacy, Allow Cookies.

How do I change my details?

You must tell us straight away about any changes that may affect your policy. Please give us a call on 0330 022 0200 or speak to one of our agents via Live Chat on Your Portal.

Please note: this may result in an increase or decrease in premium.The following fees will apply for policy changes:

• £90 if you change your car
• £25 if you change your address, or add/remove a driver to/from your policy

If you make more than one change at the same time you will only have to pay one fee – whichever is the highest.

These fees will be subject to Insurance Premium Tax.
